Employees working throughout building were not protected from electric shock or burns from accidental contact with broken or exposed lamp sockets. Numerous temorary lamp sockets in hallways and rooms on mulitple floors were not protected with a protective cover or cage.    NOTE:  BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
