29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage.    On or about March 23, 2014 and times prior thereto, employees of Anchor Packaging, Inc. manufactured plastic packaging in the offline department at the employer's facility located at or near 2211 North 12th Avenue in Paragould, Arkansas.  Employees performed work on the lines with the use of metal pack stands.  Flexible cords for the conveyor and grinders used for the process had been placed on the floor and were not protected from accidental damage caused by the legs of the metal pack stands used, exposing employees to electrocution.
