29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: (a) 3280 Peachtree Road SE Bldg. C 5th floor, Atlanta, GA.: Employees framing a multistory apartment building were exposed to falls. The employer did not ensure PFAS was rigged such that employees could not fall more than 6 feet to the floor. The DLD Construction & Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 678718, citation number 1, item number 1, group b and was affirmed as a final order on 12/13/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 450 Summit Crossing Way, Cummings, GA. 30041.
