29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use a) Facility/Northwest: Employees spraying SABA Aquabond RSD 3801 onto Aerogel Insulation are exposed to corrosive chemicals and are not provided an eye wash station in the immediate area that could provide fifteen minutes of continous flow, on or about 3/26/14. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
