On or about March 26th, 2014, at the above addressed site, the employer did not mark the racking systems with the maximum permissible unit load and/or maximum uniformly distributed load per level, exposing employees to struck by hazards.

29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employees must be able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge. A device such as a panic bar that locks only from the outside is permitted on exit discharge doors. a. On or about March 26th, 2014, at the above listed address, employees were exposed to burns/smoke inhalation due to an emergency exit door being dead bolt locked during work hours.
