29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: (a) STAIR TOWER TWO, LOWER LEVEL - Junction boxes designed and tested to be securely mounted when used, were not installed according to their listing and labeling, thereby exposing personnel to possible injury, on or about March 26, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
