(a) On or about 03/26/14, at the Henry Hudson School No. 28, located on 450 Humboldt Street, in Rochester, New York, an exit (which is centrally located and used as a main passageway) was blocked by a tools and material cart. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
