Moore Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, The Pallet Shop- The electrical power supply to the operating pallet disassembly horizontal band saw on the South wall of the shop was spliced with wire nuts and tape near the floor by the operator's feet and the conductors were not in an approved enclosure. This saw observed in operation on or about March 27, 2014.
