29 CFR 1926.502(e)(8): Unless the snaphook is a locking type and designed for the following connections, snaphooks shall not be engaged directly to the webbing: Location: 6195 Dixie Highway, Fairfield, OH: On or about March 26, 2014 an employee was observed working inside a Snorkel Aerial Lift installing aluminum composite wall panels on an existing Subaru dealership building approximately 12 feet above the ground below. The employee's lanyard snaphook was looped around the top rail of the aerial lift and attached to the webbing which is not in accordance with this subpart.
