29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system.  a) On or about March 26, 2014 and at times prior; the employer did not ensure a fall protection method was implemented and/or used while an employee was working at the roof area which exposed the employee to falls of 40 feet from the eave to the ground below.
