29 CFR �1904.32(b)(6): The Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses (OSHA Form 300A or equivalent) for the previous year was not posted between February 1 and April 30: The employer does not ensure that the summary of work-related injuries and illnesses for the previous year is posted between February 1 and April 30. This violation was observed on or about March 25, 2014 where the 2013 OSHA 300-A summary of injuries and illnesses was not posted. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that the summary of work-related injuries and illnesses for the previous year is posted between February 1 and April 30.
