OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of flying particles from a compressed air system that had been constructed of plastic tubing that had ruptured.      a) On or about March 16, 2014, at the above addressed job site, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from flying particles from several instances where the plastic tubing that had been used for a compressed air system had ruptured.    PLEASE NOTE THAT DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED.
