29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one-eighth inch: (a) On or about 03/26/2014 - Main plant, Floor grinder #81 in the machine shop, the distance between the work rest and the wheel measured approximately 1/2 of an inch on the right side and 1/2 of an inch on the left side. The Rolls Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316175033 (OIS #380812), citation number 1, item number 3(a) and was affirmed as a final order on 5/18/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1875 Nora Morgan Street, Leighton, AL 35646
