OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to by ISO container tank trucks and forklifts that operate in the yard and around the wash rack.    a) On or about March 27, 2014, employees working and walking in the yard area and around the wash rack were exposed to hazards associated with being struck-by forklifts, ISO tanker container trucks, and jockey trucks used to move the tankers around the yard.      ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED    Boasso America Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 563910, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 17, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 6061 Commerce Court, Garden City, GA 31408.
