29 CFR 1926.601(b)(8): Motor vehicles used to transport employees did not have adequate seating for the number of employees: a) 111 East Dewey Avenue, at Avalon Wharton, Wharton, NJ. An employee was exposed to being ejected from the Kubota RTV 900x 4x4 as he was riding in its cargo bed around the Avalon site. Violation observed on or about 03/27/2014.
