29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(iv): The Exposure Control Plan was not reviewed and updated when necessary to reflect new or modified tasks and procedures which affect occupational exposure and to reflect new or revised employee positions with occupational exposure:  a)  In the Facility, on or about March 28, 2014 - The employer did not update the written Exposure Control Plan to reflect the current CDC Guidelines with respect to the administration of the Hepatitis B Vaccination.  ABATEMENT NOTE:       The written Exposure Control Plan shall reflect the current CDC Guidelines as described in the MMWR June 29, 2001, Volume 50/No. RR-11, "Updated U.S. Public Health Service Guidelines for the Management of Occupational Exposures to HBV, HCV and HIV and Recommendations for Postexposure Prophylaxis."
