A cart full of store items, boxes, a metal step ladder and other materials were placed within the exit route. This condition prevented employees to free and unobstructed egress from the building using the exit in an event of a fire and/or any other emergency in the store.

Cardboard boxes were being stored in front of the panels and did not provide adequate access to the electrical panel. This condition exposed employees to a potential electrical hazard.
