29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. (a)Family Dollar Store # 7221 @ 430 8th Ave., Greeley, CO. 80631: On and before March 27th, 2014, the employer did not ensure that an exit route located in the delivery/receiving room was free and unobstructed. A cart full of store items, boxes, a metal step ladder and other materials were placed within the exit route. This condition prevented employees to free and unobstructed egress from the building using the exit in an event of a fire and/or any other emergency in the store.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): The dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating at 600 volts or less and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while alive was less than indicated in Table S1: (a)Family Dollar Store # 7221 @ 430 8th Ave., Greeley, CO. 80631: On and before March 27th, 2014, the employer did not ensure the clear working space of at least 3 feet in front of the electrical panels was maintained as required by the standard. Cardboard boxes were being stored in front of the panels and did not provide adequate access to the electrical panel. This condition exposed employees to a potential electrical hazard.
