29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees hands were exposed to hazardous condition(s) (a) The employer did not provide adequate hand protection, in a variety of sizes and ensure that it was used, to employees working in areas such as but not limited to the Hard Line. Employees are exposed to the hazard of lacerations from broken glass and other sharp objects while removing merchandise from the collapsible bulk containers and Gaylord boxes.
