29 CFR 1910.333(a): Safety-related work practices were not employed to prevent electric shock or other injuries resulting from either direct or indirect electrical contacts, when work was performed near or on equipment or circuits which were or could be energized: a) Jobsite, 723 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about March 31, 2014, an employee was exposed to electrical hazards while cutting a tree down that was within 10 feet of the energized house power line at 220 volts, and was not trained in the safety-related work practices.
