On 4/2/14, the break area table where employees eat, was found to have 74 micrograms of lead present on the surface of the table. b. On 4/2/14,inside the refrigerator where food is stored was found to have 23 micrograms of lead present. c. On 4/2/14, the office for Accounts Payable/Receivable was found to have 71 micrograms of lead present on the desk area behind the computer monitor. d. On 4/2/14, the office for the Logistics Manager was found to have 71 micrograms of lead present on the sill of the reception window.
