29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(iv): Space within the spray booth on the downstream and upstream sides of filters were not protected with approved automatic sprinklers: The employer does not ensure that the space within the spray booth on the downstream and upstream sides of filters is protected with approved automatic sprinklers. This violation occurred on or about March 31, 2014, at the facility where employees were exposed to fire hazards when performing coating application in the following spray booths without automatic sprinklers: 1. Building #2; 2. Building #3; 3. Building #5; and 4. Building #6. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that the space within the spray booth on the downstream and upstream sides of filters is protected with approved automatic sprinklers

This violation was observed on or about March 31, 2014 where the 2013 OSHA 300-A summary of injuries and illnesses was not posted. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that the summary of work-related injuries and illnesses for the previous year is posted between February 1 and April 30.
