29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    (a)  On or about March 27, 2014, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting roofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface.    The company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 831201, Citation 1, Item 1, issued January 18, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1901 Dewhirst Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80907.  This citation became final on March 18, 2013.
