29 CFR 1910.137(b)(2)(xii): The employer did not certify that electrical protective equipment had been tested in accordance with the requirements of paragraphs (b)(2)(viii), (b)(2)(ix), and (b)(2)(xi) of this section: At the Facility - A pair of rubber insulating gloves used as electrical protective equipment had not been tested since June of 2012, past the testing date required in Table 1-6 of this section. Sigco Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 865903, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/26/13, with respect to a workplace located at 48 Spiller drive, Westbrook, Maine.
