29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration. Such activities were not performed only by experienced and trained employees selected for such work by the competent person: a) Front Yard - On or about 03/27/2014, the site competent person in charge of the safe erection of scaffolding did not identify and remedy scaffolding deficiencies, including, but not limited to a scaffold platform which was not tightly planked between its vertical uprights and a platform of a wooden pole scaffold which was not provided with adequate structural supports. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
