29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about 3/24/2014, at the Costco job site, the employee working in an articulating boom lift was not wearing fall protection while working in the lift to replace lightbulbs in overhead lights. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
