29 CFR 1910.134(c):   The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use:   a) The employer failed to develop and implement a written Respiratory Protection Program which shall include medical evaluations, and fit testing for employees working in the areas such as but not limited to Dock 8. Employees were required to wear 1/2 face tight fitting respirators such as but not limited to 3M 6000 series respirators as well as the Uline Economy Dust Masks S-5687.  Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
