29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(3): Following a report of an exposure incident, the employer did not make immediately available to the exposed employee a medical evaluation and follow-up as specified by this paragraph (f). a) On or about March 21, 2014, at the above located workplace an employee experienced a sharps injury. The employer did not make available an immediate medical evaluation to the exposed employee. The employee was thereby exposed to the hazards associated with bloodborne pathogens.
