29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about April 1, 2014, on northeast side of a commercial structure, two employees working on an 8/12 pitch roof were not protected from a more than 15 feet fall hazard by the use of a personal fall arrest system.
