On or about 4/3/14 - Production, the Grinder/Cleaner was exposed to continuous noise at 459.0% of the allowable 8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 dBA or an equivalent sound level of approximately 101.0 dBA.  The sampling was performed for 477 minutes during one shift on 4/3/14.  Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled time of 3 minutes.  c.  On or about 4/3/14 - Production, the Tacker was exposed to continuous noise at 105.0 % of the allowable 8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 dBA or an equivalent sound level of approximately 90.4 dBA.  The sampling was performed for 471 minutes during one shift on 4/3/14.  Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled time of 9 minutes.
