On or about March 31, 2014, an employee was handing framing materials to another employee above him without using head protection, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by falling tools or materials.    The Richard Hargrove company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312855661, citation number 2, item number 3 and was reaffirmed as a final order on 10/3/2011 with respect to a workplace located at 4225 Rock Bend Drive, College Station, TX 77845

On or about March 31, 2014, an employee was framing the gables on the town homes under construction from a forklift man basket platform that the employer failed to ensure was at least 18 inches wide, exposing the employee to a fall hazard.  The Richard Hargrove Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312847668, citation number 1, item number 9 and was reaffirmed as a final order on October 3, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 305 Holleman Drive, College Station, TX 77840.
