29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a. At the job site, employees installing wood decking from the top of the block walls and the roof were exposed to a 9 feet 11 inches fall hazard, in that, the use of fall protection was not enforced, on or about 04/02/2014.     b. At the job site, an employee helping to install a plywood board while standing from the top of the block walls was exposed to a 9 feet 10 inches fall hazard, in that, the use of fall protection was not enforced, on or about 04/02/2014.
