Snap switches mounted in boxes did not have faceplates installed so as to completely cover the opening and seat against the finished surface. (a) U.S. Marble Construction; in the shop area, at the entrance of the office. The snap switch was not covered with faceplate. Employees use the switch to turn on and off the lights in the shop and restroom. Employees are exposed to shock hazards. The condition was noted on or about 03/27/2014.
