29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program (RPP) with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: On or about April 2, 2014, and at times prior thereto, the employer had not developed a written respiratory protection program for two employees who were spray painting. Employees were exposed to the possible inhalation of hazardous paint fumes: 1) Employees were not were not given an initial medical evaluation before being allowed to spray paint. 2) Employees were allowed to have a beard while using a half face respirator, and 3) Employees did not have an annual fit tests.
