A lift control switch would stick and not return to a neutral position. b) Small Bus Garage - On or prior to April 2, 2014, employees were exposed to struck-by and caught between hazards while working around and under the Rotary Lift (Lift Serial # SRA95B0234, Model # SM121). The back lift jack did not rise properly and would not rest on the safety locks.
