OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) At 730 Wyoming Ave., Scranton, PA 18509, in the Warehouse: Employees stored and retrieved tires of various sizes using a manlift or a ladder onto metal storage rack systems that had defective columns and wooden pallets. Employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards in the event of a metal storage rack system collapse, as observed on or about April 3, 2014. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.

Employees were exposed to falling objects and struck-by hazards on or about April 3, 2014. Abatement certification is required for this violation.
