29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(1): The quantity of liquid that may be located outside of an inside storage room or storage cabinet in a building or in any one fire area of a building exceeded 25 gallons of Category 1 flammable liquids in containers: (a) Facility, Lacquer Spraying/Flammable Storage Area: On or before April 4, 2014, employees were exposed to burns and asphyxiation hazards in that approximately 11 five gallon Flammable Category I lacquer cans were stored outside approved designated cabinets.
