OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard: a) 3451 Williams Blvd., Kenner, LA; On or about 4/02/14, two employees were working from the bucket of a towed aerial lift trailer while not wearing fall protection. The employees were changing light fixtures. The employees were approximately 11 feet above the ground.
