29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) Under the Carport - On or about April 1, 2014 employees were exposed to electric shock hazards while working at the residence and they were not protected by the compressor flexible cord being provided with adequate strain relief. The wire insulation was pulled away.
