29 CFR 1910.307(c): Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location: (a) Product storage area - On April 8, 2014 and at time prior to the employer exposed employees to fire and or explosion hazards. The plot plan area classification for this area is designates as a class 1, Division1 electrical classification area and the conduit outlet boxes were not approved for this area. The electrical conduit for the switch boxes were also fitted with open drain plugs.
