29 CFR 1926.102(a)(2): Eye and face protective equipment being worn by the employees did not meet the requirements specified in American National Standards Institute, Z 87.1-1968, Practice for Occupational and Educational Eye and Face Protection: Employees were using a pneumatic nail gun to install shingles and the employees wore sunglasses which did not meet the requirements of Z 87.1-1968, and did not have side shields to protect the eyes from side exposure to flying debris.
