At the establishment , employees using the Taft Peirce surface grinder were exposed to a struck by hazard, in that, the protective guard had been removed to increase the periphery of the grinder to 360 degrees , on or about 04/08/2014. b. At the establishment, employees using the Harig 612 were exposed to a struck by hazard, in that, the protective guard had been altered to increase the wheel periphery to a distance greater than 150 degrees, on or about 04/08/2014.
