29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches, whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) 1100 West Montgomery Ave, Philadelphia, PA - The employer had removed a handrail for the stairway which had 6 - 6 inch risers approximately 36 inches in total height, thus exposing the employees to a fall hazard. This condition was observed on April 3, 2014.
