29 CFR 1910.179(l)(3)(iii)(d): Pendant control stations were not kept clean nor were function labels kept legible: a) This violation occurred on April 09, 2014, and at times prior thereto, in the 120 section, the pendant controls to the Gaffey 1-ton overhead crane did not have legible function labels. b) This violation occurred on April 09, 2014, and at times prior thereto, in the Gantry building, the pendant controls to the Anchor 10-ton overhead crane did not have legible function labels. c) This violation occurred on April 09, 2014, and at times prior thereto, in the JSF Building, the pendant controls to the Proserv Anchor 15-ton overhead crane being used by employees to move up to 3800 pound materials did not have legible function labels. d) This violation occurred on April 09, 2014, and at times prior thereto, in the upper main building, the pendant controls to the Gaffey 1-ton overhead crane SN 97-10664 did not have legible function labels.
