29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: A). on or about 04/07/14, on the third floor in side of the medical school. A mobile scaffold were missing 3 wheels locker when employees used the mobile scaffold for hanging fan/unit coils. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
