29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood whcih completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut. (a) 579 Granite Street: An employee of F.L. Smith was using a Dewalt DW744 table saw that was not equipped with a blade guard.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: (a) Two employees of Atlantic Construction and Roofing Co., Inc. were exposed to falls of greater than 10 feet from the rooftop to the ground below, while working on a flat roof performing leading edge work, where the warning line system had been taken down, and neither personal fall arrest systems, nor safety monitoring systems were adequately used.
