Airtec, Inc., Wallops Island Flight Facility, Hangar D-1 and Hangar N159: On or about 04/09/14, employees were working atop NASA C130 aircraft approximately 15 feet above the ground without fall protection. b.) Airtec, Inc., Wallops Island Flight Facility, Hangar D-1 and Hangar N159: On or about 04/09/14, employees were working atop NASA helicopter N535NA approximately 10 feet above the ground without fall protection. c.) Airtec, Inc., Wallops Island Flight Facility, Hangar D-1 and Hangar N159: On or about 04/09/14, employees were working atop NASA C-23 aircraft approximately 11 feet above the ground without fall protection.
