29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    COMPANY-WIDE:    On or about April 10, 2014, the employer had not developed a written hazard communication program describing requirements for labeling and other hazard warnings, material safety data sheets or safety data sheets, and training.  Hazardous chemicals used at the facility include, but are not limited to: propane, polypropylene and polyethylene plastics, and "mold saver" sprays that contain ethylbenzene and xylene or mineral spirits, trichloroethene, and tetrachloroethene.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use:  COMPANY-WIDE:  On or about April 10, 2014, the employer was not able to produce Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) for hazardous chemicals in use at the facility.  Such chemicals include, but are not limited to, polypropylene and polyethylene plastic pellets, propane, and "mold saver" sprays that contain trichloroethylene, tetrachloroethylene, and mineral spirits or ethylbenzene and xylene.
