Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. (a) Roof of building, near/along ridge: On or about 4/10/14, employees were removing and reinstalling the ridge cap on a 4:12 standing-seam metal roof; no fall protection system was in use.
