Hwy 62 & 180, Seminole, Texas 79360. The employer did not ensure that spark-producing equipment was not used in a hazardous (classified) area, exposing employees to flas fire and explosion hazards. a. Pressure electrical steamer/washer used for removing dirt and debris from tanker trucks. b. Industrial strip fluorescent lights.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer had not developed, implemented, and or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria in 29 CFR 1910.1200 (f), (g), and (h) will be met: On April 11, 2014, and at times prior thereto, at the Olivas Transporting Service located at 1191 W. Hwy 62 & 180 in Seminole, Texas 79360. The employer had not developed a written hazardous communication program exposing employees to the hazards such as, but not limited to hydrogen sulfide (H2S).
