Midway Blvd., Broomfield, CO 80020:  On and before April 9th, 2014, the employer did not provide a suitable eye wash station for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body in the mechanic shop. The company uses several corrosive chemicals such as but not limited to; BG MOA Oil Additive, BG Supercharge, BG CF5, BG 44K Fuel Additive, BG Induction Flush, Diesel Fuel Cleaner, BG Diesel Additive, Fuel System Dyer, Air Intake System Cleaner, BG Cool Sealer, and Diesel 44K. This condition has exposed employees eyes to chemical burn hazards.
